KELSEYS founders Paul, Peter and Perry Jeffery were raised in the Niagara Region of Ontario.
Trips to the U.S. inspired the brothers to envision a new restaurant concept of their own with Roadhouse dishes not yet available in Canada like New York-style wings and Potato Skins.
Canadians loved KELSEYS so much it allowed the restaurant to rapidly expand across Canada.
The first new-look KELSEYS restaurant reopened its doors, with a beautiful large lit-up ‘HELLO sign’ to welcome visitors.
KELSEYS launched a fresh menu with exciting new dishes like the All Day Breakfast Burger and old faves like Classic Chicken Wings.
KELSEYS continues to give road-trippers a warm, friendly, truly Canadian experience, maintaining pride in our 100% fresh ground Canadian chuck burgers, handmade chicken fingers and fresh cut fries.
